Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Personalized or custom-made perfumes cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.

Return Process:
Contact our customer support team via email at CS@geniecollection.us to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the perfume securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and promotional items that came with it.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Condition of Returned Items:
Perfumes must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original seals intact.
If the returned perfume is found to be used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, we may reject the return or deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned perfume, we will notify you of its arrival and the status of your refund.
If the returned perfume meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 21 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. These costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-Refundable Items:
Shipping charges and any applicable customs fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Gift cards or vouchers purchased from our store are also non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect perfume, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including the return shipping costs.
